We had the best time at this hotel. The staff were so amazing from check in on Thursday till check out on Sunday. They were so helpful with any questions that we had regarding recommendations for food and things to do in the area. The hotel was very clean and the location was perfect. We will definitely plan to stay her again.

The room was clean. They could use some upgrades. The staff was very friendly. The valet people were very nice. We joked around and laughed. They were very helpful. I think it would be helpful to have a small table in the rooms. We like playing cards when we didn't have anything planned, and didn't have anything we could play on. Although they did have tables down in the lobby which was nice!

First, the good. The staff was AMAZING! Energetic, helpful, and just a pleasure to work with. The bad - This property is severely out-dated. The TV did not allow us to connect to streaming channels, the internet was dial-up slow, and it was just not up to basic modern standards. Aside from that, the bathroom was just old. The drain was malfunctioning, and it just was not the best experience.

This was our first stay in Savannah, Ga. I traveled with my husband and two sons. I selected this property due to the proximity to the squares. It is a bit of a walking distance to the river area, but we didn’t mind! The staff were all so wonderful and added to the stay. The room was clean as well as the other areas in the hotel. The bar was a nice place to grab a quick drink before heading out for the evening. I opted for valet parking, but want to make a point to say that there is a parking garage right next to the hotel so you can park yourself, but the valet staff were just the best.

The only thing I would have liked was breakfast on premises, but that is minor and is more than made up for by the amazing kindness and helpfulness of the staff, the clean rooms, and the comfortable bed.
