I felt very safe. Everyone was friendly. We did not get more towels even though we ask the house keeper for them. To be fair this is an old property without many upgrades which I knew going in. That being said, it’s a great place to relax and enjoy the mineral pools. We went into Palm Springs for entertainment at night. The pools were open all night to hotel guests but we did not take advantage of that. Maybe next time. Yes I would stay there again.

The staff is very friendly and prompt. The number of different pools is great too. The building and rooms are Ok in general. Overall cleanness is fine. As a remark: it would be great to force more strict policy on pool and area use rules especially regarding visitor's hygiene.

Dhs spa and resort has always been an amazing place to visit. Check in was fast and easy. Staff is very generous and friendly

Green algae floating around. I had to get moved to a different hotel. Expedia told me on the phone that I would be refunded for 2 nights but that was not reflected on my credit card account. I was very disappointed with my stay and it ruined my birthday celebration. :(( I contacted Expedia again just now and they continue to tell me to call the hotel instead of helping me resolve the issue.
