Toilet didn’t work door jammed hard to shut

Very nice staff . Rooms smelled like a dog and we were told an extended stay had a dog right before us

Thank you for your feedback, All of our pet rooms get deep cleaned and shampooed upon the pet's departure, I'm sorry if the room still had an odor, I will address this with housekeeping. Thank you for your feedback so we can improve our policies. Other than that I hope your stay was wonderful.

Trip was cancelled by management without reason. The stress put me into a epileptic seizure and I am writing this from the hospital. I had no problems with management and then I make reservations to have them cancelled. Used the last of my money to get by and had nowhere to go. Got sick by stress and there was no reason given.

I apologize, however due to smoking in our nonsmoking room and setting off our fire alarms we were unable to honor your request for extended stay because we are a 100% nonsmoking hotel. Also management did speak with you prior to your checkout day, I apologize if there was any misunderstandings or confusion.
