Love the area. Staff could be a littler friendly. Very quiet room very clean. Beds comfy. Love that there’s a Cracker Barrel in walking distance.

We have actually stayed at this property a few times as it is close to the medical facility we are going to. We have not had issues until this stay when we were asked upon arrival if they could offer us another room or did we need the accessible room we booked.

This hotel made for a quick overnight stay, right of I35. Having a restaurant within walking distance was a plus and the gals at the front desk were very friendly.

I first walked into the building to wait 10 minutes for a frowny faced female staff to finally walk up to the counter. This was after loudly blowing her nose without washing her hands, constantly rubbing her nose with her hands she didn’t wash, then touched my ID and credit card with said nasty hands. I tried to make small talk with her and she just seemed bothered by me. I rushed to my room to clean my hands and cards to then go to our room to find dirty towels to clean my hands with, bloody sheets filled with other people’s hair, filthy comforters, a used coffee cup on the chair, and napkins on the floor. The towels were not clean and the shower was filled with hair. I ended up leaving after a few hours because it was so dirty. They allow dogs, however they don’t monitor people not picking up dog poop and it’s everywhere outside so you’re constantly having to make sure you’re not stepping in it. The outside trash bins are constantly overflowing. So disgusting. It’s a convenient location, but there are two other hotels right next to this filthy place. I felt as though I was staying at a roach motel which is sad considering how much I paid to stay there.

Didn’t change towels or make bed while I was out during the day.
Plus tv is old, in I expect YouTube or Netflix availablity
