The hotel is welcoming, up to date and clean. The staff are fantastic, very friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage since our rooms were not yet ready, and head into Bilbao for the afternoon. The day of our departure we stored our bags again since we had a late flight. There is a nice restaurant on site, and a shuttle bus to the airport. It’s not fancy but a good option for travelers who need to be near the airport.

Early airport shuttle (5am) with a few items got breakfast& coffee before catching it
