Paid for a penta plus room. Tv wasn’t working nor was the air conditioning , rang reception and they said they couldn’t do anything asked if i could then switch rooms and they said no. Then in the morning we woke up late but it was around 12:05 a cleaner came into the room without knocking while my partner was in the shower and then rang us asking when we was checking out.
