Overall experience was good, bathroom light switch was broken and would not turn off, noisy rooms next and above our room

Loved the smiley fries for breakfast and the whataburger ketchup choice . However, the tub didn’t fully drain during a shower, the light switch in the bathroom stopped working and was stuck on, we had issues with the deadbolt when leaving, and worst of all, our room had a horrendous scraping noise from the tree directly outside the room, as the branches would scrape the wall near the bed all day and night with the wind. Also, the laundry room and hot tub were not working which we had been unaware of, as well as the laundry and ice and vending stations which seemed to be empty.

Starting to look run down. Bathroom door frame rusting and in need of painting. Hot tub was out of service. Shower/tub tile showed signs of needing regrouted. Mattress/bed was comfortable. Get what you pay for I guess.

VERY clean property. Staf overall VERY helpful. With the exception of one employee - who was rude yelling at my daughter because she thought breakfast had started. The property is a bit outdated but the cleaning staff do an awesome job. Be aware that there are no guest laundry service, or hot tub (as indicated as part of the amenities). Both out of order for some time per staff. Also, pool closes at 9. Only an inconvenience if you don't plan properly.
