Very clean and easy to access. There were lots of local dining options, and it was easy to walk or scooter to downtown Denver in minutes

No Elevator and room was on third floor not very convenient when you have 2-50lb suitcases. I received no email for check in instructions so we ended up sitting outside in the cold for an hour after we had just gotten into Denver while on the phone trying to get access and having to fill out a registration form which I'm itself is crap! If I rent a room give me the key and let me go to it, I don't want to spend time filling out registration forms!

Perfect sized condo for a couple or single traveller. Nice rooftop patio. Fully stocked kitchen with full fridge and freezer. In suite laundry was a bonus. Great, safe, area within walking distance of coffee shop and several restaurants.

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!

My overall experience was horrible. The room was extremely noisy, and we couldn't sleep at all. The bed was hard as a rock, and even after two days, I still have a backache. The cold breeze coming in through the windows added to our awful nights. In addition to these issues, they were not even responsive when we tried to reach out to them several times.

I love the neighborhood and appreciate it's central location when I needed to go elsewhere. Only complaint (more of a critique, actually), I would have appreciated a softer chair; whether is was softer dinette chairs on one additional upholstered side chair. When I was working only options sitting on the bed (not an option) or sitting at the table with the harder chairs. Not a deal breaker. Just a suggestion.

Nice area, property itself was good but we arrived to stains on the bedding, power outlets in the kitchen not working and there was a constant loud hum in the complex, likely the heating or something because it was below zero but it woke us up every night so not very comfortable. Would stay at Sønder again just not this particular property.

Too bright at night

Main concern was how bright it was in the room in the middle of the night. I think I could have laid in bed and read a book. Maybe invest in some better window coverings.
