Everything is great. Room is clean and property is nice. Parking is more expensive than anticipated.

Self parking only available in nearby city garages, not on site. No place to load and unload very easily if not using valet. Very small reception area that gets crowded quickly. However this is not unusual with a downtown hotel; same goes for street noise. Other than that the space is wonderful, great views, good breakfast as well.

Hotel fantastic. Staff fantastic. Location was great. Did not exactly feel safe walking around.

The room was great wish we were staying longer lots of amenities. The breakfast was good as well good varieties.

Property ia beautiful. Brand new! Smart room with electronic shades, which I loved. Jaylen at deak was was excepional. Attentive and very personable.
Unfortunately when I checked.in, was given a room that has not been cleaned. It was remedied immediately and I was offered a treat out of the store for my incovenience. And the only other issue.was that the tub did not drain out. I reported.rhis do the front desk.
Loved the fireplace on 1at floor & the fact that there was coffee & tea, 24/7.
