Property has alot of deferred maintenance. Blinds could not be raised, tub faucet dripped, frame around bathroom mirror falling apart. Could not connected onto WI-FI on three devices

Not up to standards. The door was not installed properly. Cold and air coming through huge gap on door all night.

Hi Claudia, I'm sorry to hear about your room. That does not sound like a pleasant night's sleep! Our front desk is more than happy to accommodate a room change if asked. We have someone at the desk 24/7, so time is never an issue for us. We will have maintenance take a look at that room so we can fix the issue for future guests.
