Everyone was polite and professional. They made us feel welcome. Rooms were very clean and the air conditioning worked really well (unlike some hotels). I left something valuable and sentimental behind without knowing; they called me after checkout and told me housekeeping turned in my item and they’re holding it until I go back in August. Great stay!

The power went out. There was no emergency back up and no air it was so hot. No elevator. I had to call police because off screaming and noise. I asked for refund and they said no it wasn’t their fault and I booked thru you. Other people who didn’t use Expedia got refunds.

Were you able to notify the front desk of such a disturbance. They are available 24/7. Also, we are on the power grid of our nearby hospital so we have actually never lost power. I do not want to miss an opportunity to resolve these matters concerning your stay with us. Could you provide me with the confirmation number for your reservation as well as the dates of your stay? Excellent place to stay, staff was great only stayed 2 nights but enjoyed our stay

Staff was extremely helpful and always prompt with requests and even helped me get Uber app on my phone.

One of the best hotels my family and I have stayed at! All Staff was super nice! Pool wad nice and clean and fun! The room was clean and upgraded. Breakfast was great as well! Def recommend
