The staff is wonderful and the hotel is so cute. Not that many things to walk around but wonderful place if you are traveling to Nusa Penida because is very close to the port.

Well maintained garden and great atmosphere. Staff were awesome and great to see all working as a team.
You don’t hear the noise even the hotel is situated in middle of the busiest junction. I am recommending this place for anyone.
I will be back!

A really. Ice place and just booked to go back after the islands. Staff really amazing and the room was great, basic but clean and nice. Bed was really comfortable and breakfast was also great. You really cannot go wrong for the price they charge. Excellent value!!! They even helped carry my bags to the ferry port!! Amazing service and beautiful people

Posted 3 Feb 2024 on HotelsWe only stayed one night but would have happily stayed longer. It is an older hotel showing a bit of wear however we felt very comfortable there. The staff are a credit to the place, everyone of them were welcoming and helpful.
It's only about a 7 minute walk around the corner from the hotel to the ferry port. Be aware that footpaths in Bali can be very hard to negotiate so you will have to carry your luggage in some places.
Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant is in a very pretty setting.
We had the standard 2brm villa which was perfect for our family of 4 adults. It would be fabulous for 2 couples too. We didn't hear any road noise, the air conditioning worked well and drinking water is provided in glass bottles.
Sri Phala have done really well at adopting eco friendly practices, we loved that they had a watercooler at reception to refill our reusable bottles.
Both pools were sparkling clean and a lovely place to sit and relax away from the hustle and bustle.
We also had time to use the spa (just ask at reception if they have any last minute appointments) and it was very nice and good value for money.
