The Puri Santrian was amazing all the staff were so friendly they couldn’t do enough for all guests nothing was too much trouble

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location, set both on the beach and main road. Our room was huge! and had a balcony overlooking the pool which was beautiful. There are lots of different swimming options at the hotel, and free bike hire. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, and the staff made you feel really safe and relaxed.

Very charming property in a relatively quiet area, good customer service and room service was efficient. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming towards guests staying at the hotel. The only thing to impove is the spa service. Although the spa I had was nice however I felt that the price was too high compared to other places that offer a similar service.

It was OK. We were truthfully there when it wasn't sunny so we didn't get to try out the pool and beach, which is obviously the main draw, but what I can say is that the room was pretty standard (despite having the premier deluxe) and the restaurant was forgettable.
Still, it is a good option if you are dead set on Sanur - we liked our time in Ubud MUCH more though if you were debating how to weight your trip.

The Puri Santrian is a very beautiful resort. Gardens are lush and private. The beach front has a large outdoor dining area, sunbeds and lounges for sunbathing and relaxing. It has two large pools that have steps into the pool for easy access. The staff were amazing and friendly. There are many restaurants just a short walk from the resort. Lots of shopping and services such as laundry and massages. loved the beach and the walking path along the beach. You can also hire bicycles for the day and ride along the bike path. Sanur was a pleasant surprise. I loved the hotel and Sanur was a pleasant surprise.
