Booked a non smoking garden view room & was initially allocated a rooftop view room when we advised that was incorrect Reception said there was no other room available, when I spoke to a different person at reception & indicated we wanted a refund & would go elsewhere they quickly found a room.That room was ok except the people in the room next door were continuously smoking a pipe on their balcony so we were unable to use our balcony,had enough after 3 days & the duty manager moved us to a suite which was good of him but it would have been better to have what we paid for non smoking garden view room in the first place.It spolt our stay at this hotel.

Room and balcony had limited space and bathroom was definitely too small! We prefer a Balinese-style hotel and made the mistake of booking a large, impersonal one. We were also not informed of the Beach Bar renovations until we got there!

Great stay. Location and service was excellent. Highlight is the band each evening on the beach,

Nice place , room was a bit dated ,would stay there again without any hesitation
