The property was not as advertised at all. Everything was dirty and had a thick layer of dirt on it. It’s like they hadn’t cleaned before we came. The cleanest thing was the pool oddly enough. The bathroom stunk so bad, I couldn’t stop dry heaving. Also the area surrounding the villa was covered in garbage. After realizing we couldn’t stay there, we tried to talk to the owner. However, he said our trip was nonrefundable and refused. We explained and showed him the condition of the place. He still refused even when we offered to let him keep half of the price and just have him refund us half. He even tried to lie and say that we had called earlier to cancel from Indonesia that morning , which made no sense at all considering we didn’t even arrive in Indonesia until an hour before that and we knew no one there. Once confronted with the truth, he backed off the lie. When we explained how dirty even the surroundings were, he said that was what all of villa was like. Google earth the villa, you can see it for yourself. We left and forfeited the hundreds of dollars we spent. That’s how unacceptable and disgusting the place was. I couldn’t even spend a night there! Luckily we found a lovely other hotel with no trash surrounding it. Overall extremely disappointed and disgusted by Jagaditha villas. I will be leaving more detailed reviews on all the travel websites with pictures of what we saw so others are not tricked.

Comfortable villa, great pool
Posted 24 Mar 2019 on HotelsLovely staff, Tofan the housekeeper cooked a fabulous breakfast for us every morning (additional charge). It was a delight to come back to a private pool after being out in the Bali heat, the villa was around 10 mins walk from the Main Street of Sanur (through the back alleys - take a torch with you at night, and an umbrella for the evening showers) I would love to stay here again.

Villa was pleasant for our family with two children. We stayed at Villa #5 with two bedrooms. Shops in Sanur are 10 minutes walking distance and the beach is 20 minutes. We hired bicycles for less than $3 AUD dollars a day so it was fun and easier to get to places around Sanur. The outdoor leaving area is beautifully decorated with plants and the pool is clean. Kitchen is fully equipped (except there is no oven). There was only one issue with one of the toilets as there was a mild sewage smell from day one. Staff tried to fix it but it was coming back. Anything else was good for a comfortable stay.

No working Air Con
Posted 15 Apr 2018 on HotelsThrough we'd have a bit of comfort at the end of our 2 weeks holiday, stayed for 3 nights at jagaditha villa 2, the air conditioning would not go below 27c even at night, it was absolutely horrendous, we complained on the first day, the housekeeping/security arranged for an engineer to come next day, he couldn't repair it.
we contacted the owner who assured us someone would come from manufacture that day or next morning, no one came over the rest of our stay.
The bathroom also had major smell problems.

Dear Michael, our apologies for your bad experience at Jagaditha villa. We have new AC installed in Feb (i can provide invoice) and its under guaranty for 1 year. Our technicians who came next day after your complain (I was not there to check, I believed your complaint was reasonable) told us to contact seller to check it, it happened on 11th. The owner Shane also came on 11th and checked AC and said its cool enough at room.
When we got seller technician after your check out, as by guaranty it takes time to get them, he was laughing at us as air-condition was working perfectly, the temperature was much lower then outside. We had to pay technician 200000 IDR and send him back.
I can provide all documents.
The power of AC is 1PK which is more then enough for one medium sized room. Unless you don't keep doors open.
We really were trying to solve your problem but we could not do much only put 2 fan to your room. The weather is extremely hot now.

Dejlig villa
Posted 4 Jul 2018 on HotelsAlt i alt et dejligt ophold. Det eneste minus var, at der lugtede af kloak når man havde brugt den udendørs bruser. Villaen ligger tilbagetrukket i de små stille gader, men når man først har fundet den rigtige vej til Hovedgaden er der kun 5 minutters gang til restauranter og strand.
