Nice hotel

Pool was nice but no shade as staff insisted umbrellas were taken down even with no wind. Lots of effort to nake the hotel arty but jot enough making it practical

Perfect location, very clean & Extremely attentative staff.
Only adverse comment would be lack of usb/usc ports in the room.

The Artotel, Sanur Bali hotel is literally a work of art. The staff were helpful and friendly. The dine in options and food quality meant we didn't didn't venture out for meals. The room was large, spacious and super clean.
The hotel is not on Sanur beach which is a 3 minute walk away at the end of the street. If you can live without ocean views from your room, this hotel is the place to stay.

This hotel has the BEST customer service I've ever seen. Everyone is so polite and willing to help if you have a question. The infinity pool on the roof has the best view. Great breakfast options. 3 minutes away from Sanur Beach. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel for your stay in Bali.

We have only stayed one night but the experience has been wonderful. The staff have been the most helpful & welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent choice in Bali
