The staff are very very nice and welcoming. Location is great, only a few minutes walk to Pamukkale. Room is spacious and clean. A/C strong. Breakfast has large selection. Overall a nice stay.

The breakfast, pool, service and location were all amazing. The people serving breakfast and checking us in were very kind and went out of their way for us. I would highly recommend this place.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. He gave us tea and cake on our arrival. One late afternoon, we sat by the pool and the staff offered us tea and a plate of fruits. They know how to make you feel welcome! We highly recommend this hotel.

We liked so many things about this hotel. Oliver was so welcoming, explaining things about the hotel, making sure we had tea and cake while we decompressed since our room wasn’t ready (it was early in the morning) and arranging someone to drive us to the South Gate so we could walk to the ruins and Cleopatra pool. We loved all the mosaic lamps throughout the property and then there was the amazing breakfast! Our room was large and comfortable. I wish there was a little more light but this was not a showstopper. As mentioned in other reviews, the staff goes above and beyond to provide anything you need. This hotel was a highlight of our trip.
