AC was not working. Complain about AC but staff did not take any action. Requested Iron 3 times then finally they provided the Iron.

The property has three thermal pools. Food is OK. Internet needs improvement. People smoke downstairs which comes into the room.

Dirty pillows with no pillowcases.. rude staff.. don’t bother. Save ur money and go elsewhere
