Be better if you speak Turkish ,language was a big challenge Ordered wine by pointing to one of the bottles on the display but told I couldn’t buy it because it’s not in their computer. No wine list so had to point to what they had and then couldn’t buy it.

This property is not as advertised and the reviews are out of date. Online refers to “5 star” and I’m not sure how. The AC doesn’t work throughout the entire building and when asked the response was “open your window”. To which we did to loud barking dogs all night across the street. Thermometer registered 31C in our room. The outdoor pool was completely green and unusable. The rooftop lounge wasn’t open. Non smoking rooms stunk of cigarettes and had ashtrays. It was hard to get service in the restaurant even for a bottle of wine. The list goes on. Hate to leave such a negative review but people should be aware. Would highly recommend avoiding this hotel.
