Pros: We had a more renovated room and really liked the kitchenette. Super convenient and close to everything. Cons: The breakfast wasn’t very good and the common areas need a refresh.

One of my top Florida stays EVER ! Friendly staff, so convenient to ocean, restaurants, shops, free parking, the smartest layout of a two bedroom, two bathroom suite with kitchen, living room, 3 TVs, ventilated, easy walkout to pool and garage. I am rebooking already, and I’m hard to please

Great to have a convenient place to park. Quiet and clean and close to the beach, shopping, multiple dining options. They take a deposit a few days ahead and the remainder of the entire stay upon arrival, not departure. The same credit card must be used for both, or the deposit is cancelled and entire charge on a card presented in person. As someone who separates online and in person travel charges, this was a surprise.

Great hotel and great location. The only thing I would change is the breakfast routine. It ends at 9:30am, which makes it a mob scene when everyone in the hotel raids the breakfast area all at once. Lines of 15-20 people each morning, then by the time you get a plate, everything is all gone and they don't replenish the food quickly which means even more waiting. I waited 30 mins in line for DIY waffles which only had one machine. 4 people in front of me and 30 mins later, my wife and child had already finished their breakfasts before I even sat down.
