Great location. I’ve stayed here a couple times. Only thing this time is the hotel is currently doing renovations. Would probably wait until Construction is complete to book.

Renovations are going on. So if you want to sleep in, that is not possible. Everything else was great! Would Go back!

Hotel was lovely, and the included breakfast was excellent. Parking in the area is VERY difficult and self-parking at the hotel costs about $25 a day, an unexpected additional expense. The staff was very helpful and available. However, there was one glaring incident. The fire alarm was accidently set off by a guest, and no one could shut it off. It went on for over three hours, and there was no place to escape it in the hotel. It was vey loud, very intrusive, and very persistent. Great for a fire alarm, terrible if you want to take a nap in your room or even have a conversation. Hope this gets handled for the future because it is a wonderful hotel.

Having worked in the hospitality industry I was disappointed due to the lack of cleanliness to the pool. I was aware of the hotel being renovated. However before arriving o asked if the pool would be available and was told it would be. Since I prefer the pool to the beach. However the pool was green and there was mold at the first step and the deep end was brown as well. The staff at the front desk was polite but obviously not experienced. We ordered lunch and when it was received it was not compete. No silverware napkins and no bacon on the chicken bacon sandwich. When we arrived the first room we were assigned to smelled so we were moved. I hope to return when the hotel is renovated due to the great location and not needing a car. Hope the pool co will be on top of the cleanliness.

The hotel is under construction. The carpets were dirty. The elevators were broken most of the time.
