Location, location, location. Right across the street from the beach with several options for dining and shopping close by. The rooms are starting to show a little age. Dirty upholstery and worn upholstery. Two roaches were crawling in the room, which was somewhat disconcerting.

Thanks for the feedback Starla. The furniture is 5 years old and getting replaced in the coming months. We never get complaints about bugs unless the days are prime like they were when you are here. When people open their doors and windows bugs will get in! Thanks again hope to see you again soon:)

I will absolutely stay here again! The photos were good, but didn't do it quite justice, in my opinion. There is some rust on the doors and the updates in some cases are a little rough, but it was very clean and comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful and so perfectly situated right across the street from the beautiful ocean. Staff were so responsive and helpful. My experience was such that I stayed an extra night! Can't wait to go back.

The location of the property is good if you are looking to explore the west palm beach. The property has a good view of the sunrise. The delray beach outside the property is probably not the best if you are looking to spend sometime in it. I would consider Hollywood or south Miami Beach. I would say the location is great only if you are looking for a calm and quiet place to stay. I preferred the price of staying in south Miami Beach better compared to Delray Beach.
