The only Room services and meals offered were noodles or rice, hardly the quality suggested by the hotel website. As there was no way to open the window the room stayed humid with water covering the windows every morning soaking the floor. Amit, the valet/security guy was fantastic and was the only staff member who made us feel welcome.

Good enough

It was a good enough stay, however, not that great. I would say it was a little expensive based on the hotel overall. The staff was really great and friendly. Their key system had some trouble, so every time you wanna go to your room, you have to ask the staff to unlock it for you. There was also some work such as painting going on during our stay.

Inaccurate listing! Wrong location, wrong stars

This hotel is not in the location Hotels.com states it is. It is 45 mins further towards the north from the address hotels.com states. Good luck in getting there.... directions are impossible in India and since this is completely mistepresented it is even harder getting there. The staff are inconsiderate and overall so-so experience. The bed is rock hard and it is not clean at all. The star rating should be downgraded to be more accurate.

Disappointed

Booked 2 rooms both rooms very cold with heating not working waited 4 hrs for electric blow heaters. Hotel has lots of potential however needs a bit of a make over.

Pathetic hotel, there was leakage in bathroom . Nothing was done inspite repeated requests. Entire night we couldnt sleep beacise of water leakage noice. There was party in hotel and while check inner were told rooms are noise proof but it wasn't the case. It was too loud till late night. We had to request multiple times for small thing like tooth brush / paste. There was lot of confusion around booking amount, Expedia staff tried helping but hotel manager was rigid and didn't help. Breakfast was over prized and below average. Overall it was worst experience and waste of money.

Don’t stay at this hotel

I travelled from UK and stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. This hotel is about 15km away from Delhi city Center so be careful when you read the reviews that say it’s close to the city as those reviews might not be genuine. The room I was given wasn’t not cleaned properly as it was full of debris falling off the walls and I asked if they could change the room and was told there wasn’t any room available although during the check-in they asked if I wanted a double or twin room. The toilet wasn’t that clean and the breakfast was okay with limited choices. I was there in December which was the winter there and the temperature in the room was around 15 degrees c which could be chilly and the receptionist told me there was no heating in the room and didn’t offer any portable heating device given the room was almost freezing. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Great service, food and room!

What a gem of place. Great overall experience. All staff were very professional and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Thanks for the heater! We were made to feel very welcome. Food was excellent and they had a really good variety of dishes. Room was really nice and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely come back.
