A pretty basic place in a very run down area. The taxi transfer they promised didn't happen. I won't be returning.

You get what you pay for. I stayed here Nov 3, 2019 as a party of 3 adults. The location is in a small crowded alley that is difficult for even an auto to drive through. The hotel receptionist tried to fleece us by getting a taxi service for Rs 300 to airport and asked us to pay Rs 600. Fortunately we had checked the rates online and challenged her on the price and she agreed to settle for Rs 300. The bathroom did even have a shower curtain, the drain was clogged and the cleanliness was lacking greatly. Only positive was the small distance from airport.

Very difficult to reach the hotel grounds are very narrow

Unfortunately you pay what you get. No AC working in room, no elevator so had to climb 5 flight of stairs after a 19 hour trip. Not fun at all. And then when one of the guys said lock you door be careful. I was like hell not Im out of here. Check out 20 min later.

Really poor experience, had to ask reception to be moved due to loo not working, and it took over an hour to get another room as they didn't have any clean ones. Had to request the rooms to be cleaned in the morning which is something i've never come across. Also had to tell them I was coming down for breakfast, as they didn't have anything out for the first day, which made us late, as we had to wait 30 minutes for the buffet to be setup. Overall really poor experience for someone travelling to Delhi.

Had a wonderful stay with hotel urban luxury room was good neat and clean staff was helpful nice location near by airport and metro. Enjoyed my trip.

Good location, friendly staff who were very helpful, delicious food. Could have been cleaner, or had a nicer communal place to sit (the restaurant didn't seem finished). For the price we paid it was good value
