Smelly hotel

It was a bad experience. Toilet Flush was broken, dirty property and smelly blanket.

The stay was ok. Not impressive but at the same time not very inconvenient. We were given room in the ground floor beside reception so most of the time people were around and also pantry is near by so we did not have a liberty to open the door whenever we like. Also, it takes many requests after which whatever we ask will be done. Hot water for bathing was not proper. Barely hot water was coming even after they said geyser was on. Also, hot water for dring when requested, the water was not good, it was filled with particles. After multiple requests got clear water.

The stay was ok, could not get hold of the staff for a shuttle from the Airport at late night on arrival.

bad expirence ac was not working at all complained number of times , in d morning no hot water in d shower after complaining they swich on d hot water from outside ,at d time of check out food bills they did not accept credit card ,looks like shady hotel ,in fact room has no windows.

Diabolical hotel

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Staff attitude and cleanliness.
Terrible, terrible, terrible for hotel, staff and cleanliness. Surfaces were coated in dust, filthy bathrooms- toilet was soiled and shower heads in bathrooms were coated in limescale . Bedrooms not secure anyone could enter from the outside when customers in their rooms. Staff had keys which could access customer bedroom safes. Website images and description not true to reality. There was no toilet paper and other toiletries, no AC just a ceiling fan, no complimentary water as stated on the website. Dark dingy corridors- one of the three bedrooms had very little light. A mattress was propped up in the poorly lit corridor. The manager was rude- did not acknowledge our arrival. He demanded full payment even through we did not stay the night for all three bedrooms.
