Hotel taxi too expensive, very limted food choice, no other place to eat neaby l, bar same price as 5 star hotel, old structure.

Breakfast kitchen staff not trained at all. Standing around talking to each other, gave no service at all. Food tasted old and not good at all. Rio. Service in room dining too slow and staff not friendly at all. Reception girl name Slaoni, way too slow and charged for room whe already paid for via expedia. Had to get
it corrected. Rooms need renovation, hotel is old.

Very nice and pleasant stay at this hotel. A little out of nowhere but that’s understandable. Otherwise liked this hotel very much. The room was immaculately clean The staff were very nice and helpful

The rooms need renovation. Cracked floor.
Good breakfast.
In room dining is expensive but food is good.

The property is nice because it’s so big. We could walk outside without getting on the main road. I’m general the employees were good. We asked for a quiet room and they assured us the room was quiet but had given us a room right off of the lobby and meeting area. So we got it switched. Wasn’t really a problem but it would’ve been nice to not lie about it at first and give us what we asked for. :) Less hassle. Overall a nice stay tho.
