I recently stayed at the wonderful hotel with a group of friends and overall, our experience was quite delightful. The staff was incredibly friendly, always greeting us with big smiles and providing great service throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, they made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs promptly. The hotel itself is well-maintained with all the facilities one could ask for during a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The amenities provided added a nice touch to our visit, making us feel pampered and well taken care of. However, there was one significant downside to our otherwise fantastic stay - the washroom drainage issue. Unfortunately, the drainage in the washroom was not functioning properly, which made taking showers a less than pleasant experience. Dealing with standing water while trying to shower is definitely not something you want to encounter during your stay at a hotel. Despite this setback, I must commend the staff for their efforts in trying to address the issue promptly. They were apologetic and tried to assist us as best they could, which we appreciated. It's evident that they care about the comfort of their guests and strive to provide a positive experience overall. The hotel is away behind 5 star hotel , internet down for 2 days Poor international TV channel Hygiene is out of stander. No good monitoring on house keeping people. Breakfast buffet are very limited to Indian food. The price is very high compared to the services and facilities at the hotel. All hotel facility close at 11:30 pm except in room dining

Very nice building and indeed rooms and shower etc. but it was cold in Delhi, and the room did not get above 17C. I asked for a heater on 3 times and one finally arrived on the 3rd night. The Buffet meals were great (both breakfast and dinner) but I for a poached egg at breakfast and after a long wait had a disappointing result. The staff were certainly polite but as an example, the heater just didn't arrive until I really made a fuss.

Noisy and no pool

The pool is being redone. Which means no pool and aot of noise if they put you above pool

No trash bag in trash can room stink bath room and toilet to tight staff excellent dinning area very nice food good
