They did NOT have the reservation in the system. I had to go to another hotel.

We never send the guests back, even if there is no booking.We give the room directly in such case. There was no such case.

Nice Hotel

Nice hotel next to Airport (at a distance of just 15 minutes). Good spread of choice for breakfast. Walking distance to local supermarket and also the metro station. Nice comfortable room. Check in was fast together. It was a comfortable and nice stay. I will definitely come back again.

Very good value, great location

It's very convenient from the airport, just a 15 minutes drive. The restaurant was very good for getting breakfasts and some lunches. The room is modern and clean. I found ours a bit small for the 3 of us, but overall it was good. The shower was especially appreciated. Despite this being called an airport hotel, the noise from the airplanes was really minimal. We also found the sleep accommodations to be comfortable.

Fine stay

My stay was what I expected for the price I paid. Check-in/front desk staff was efficient, but they were not especially helpful or friendly. The other hotel workers were very helpful and attentive. Room was clean enough. Internet was high speed and reliable. Bed mattress was very hard (which I prefer), but I know not everyone will want that.

You Get What You Pay For at Olive n Blue

Overnight stay. With one flight arriving late in the evening, and our onward trip early the next morning, we wanted somewhere to get a few hours sleep. Transfers to/from the airport were arranged with no fuss, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was basic, and is not recommended as a place to stay to explore Delhi, but OK for a cheap overnight stopover.

Unbelievable to see high high rating for the hotel

Pros: Its very close to the airport
Cons: Service and attitude of the staff. Signboards on the main road.
Location: Its a busy area with nothing worthwhile for travelers.
The staff and the service is terrible. We weren't served breakfast for an hour. Our airport transfer cabs didn't come for more than 30 minutes past the requested time. Rooms didn't have water bottles and sufficient towels. The towels provided were smelly and dirty. We were promised free one way airport transfer. The hotel guys weren't ready to provide it to me despite me showing them the email that had this confirmation. The hotel doesn't have any lifts. The hotel is inside a narrow lane from a very crowded street and doesn't have any signboards. Its very easy to miss the lane.

Acceptable for airport layover or pre-flight rest

Pros: Spacious room
Cons: Bad lighting & bed linens.
Location: The location is near the airport, there is nothing to do nearby besides have some tasty street food.
This hotel is in a rough part of Delhi that is convenient to the international terminal, so many travelers require a night (or for me from noon - midnight) place to rest before or after a long flight. This hotel is located down a gravel alley so not on the main road, although that makes it quieter. The rooms are actually just fine, no serious complaints, although I am a seasoned traveler. Negatives are dark spaces and overall poor lighting, poor bed linens. The hotel has a smell, possibly old cigarettes I’m not certain. I was just there in January of 2018 and the building is cold, so it made a negative impression for me. There is no heat of course as the building is old.

Do they know they are running a hotel?

They seem to not understand what the purpose of a hotel is. The staff seem to work all night with loud voices going in and out of the office, cleaning rooms the minute they are empty regardless of the time. It's very noisy in the hotel. There is a window above the door of the room and a bright light shines in. Staff don't seem to have answers to basic questions like "what is the internet code?" "what are you serving for breakfast?" I won't be staying there again.

Miserable experience

Pros: * Receptionist spoke English * Internet works * Lock/bolts on door we’re good * Close to airport
Cons: * Airport pickup could not be found. * Window above room door let in strong light * Slept cold: Blanket on bed insufficient and no extra * Hard bed
From the airport pickup not being able to be found, to the worst night sleep imaginable (due to the strong light and cold), it was a truly miserable experience.
