The staff was so beyond friendly. The rooms were clean, the pool was warm, and we had zero issues our whole trip. Will definitely be returning :)

It was convent to our event at black wing shooting. And the lady at the desk that checked me in was great so polite and friendly and she was back wjen we checked out.
Didnt like refrigerator was very iced over, bed frame and loud people between 1 am and 2 am

I have been to this hotel 2 year's ago. I like that it is close to the Columbus zoo, Legoland and outlet malls.
My only compliant was my neighbors were very noisy letting their door slam each time they came and went. I would not recommend having a room by the elevator either as you can hear people talking while waiting.
It normally is quiet unfortunately this weekend a motorcycle club came and they were a little loud . I also didnt think it was appropriate for a tatoo artist to be performing in the lobby.

The major issue with our stay was the party the was in the parking lot of the hotel right outside our room until midnight or so.
