It is not kept very clean. First room we received the air conditioner was not working. Front desk person was very rude. We were on second floor and there’s no elevator. Oh and trains!

Spacious room with a king size bed, full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, friendly staff - added bonus of a free breakfast and free hot drinks 24/7. Parking is directly outside the hotel - I'd stay again.

Had all commendations and had a good ac system. Although it could do better in cleaning and smell.

This Best Western hotel offers basic amenities and a quiet atmosphere, which may suit other travelers looking for a simple and peaceful stay.
The room we stayed in was clean and well-maintained. While it didn't have luxurious features, it provided everything we needed for a comfortable night's rest. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was adequately stocked with essentials.
One aspect we appreciated was the quietness of the hotel. Despite being located near a highway, we didn't experience much noise disturbance during our stay, which allowed us to relax and unwind after a long day of travel.
The staff at the Best Western were friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out, although we didn't interact with them much beyond that.
Overall, if you're looking for a no-frills accommodation option in Delano with a focus on cleanliness and peace, the Best Western can be a suitable choice. Just keep in mind that it's a basic hotel without extravagant amenities or luxury features. A $150 safety deposit is required on check-in, I'd recommend paying this in cash if you're on a long road trip, rather than card, as you will be reimbursed immediately at check out, instead of having to wait for a debit or credit card refund.

Did not think motel was quite up to Best Western standards. Bed in handicapped room was low to floor (hard for handicapped to get up. Electric outlets on desk lamp and one side bed did not work. Bed lumpy. Could hear person snoring in room above. A small patch of grass near front entrance could be turned into a handicapped parking spot. Decorations in the room space were not very interesting or classy. The cabinet containing the refrigerator was damaged and should be repaired.
