Wonderful stay as always. The staff was amazing, the food was delicious and the views spectacular. Cant wait to return!

Great location in Del Mar. solid 4 star. Elevator was broken which was a bit inconvenient. Bed was very comfortable. Staff very friendly.

Room service was sparse. Over the top and beyond expensive. Food was creative in restaurants but almost never cooked right. Medium rare steak came out medium …..second time it came out medium decided not to send it back a third time lobster bisque came out cold sent it back. Most annoying thing was size of the bathroom is minuscule and the room service menu just was unacceptable. I would’ve liked a pot of coffee available or a pot of hot cocoa in the mornings .The coffee shop was almost always closed whether it was 10 in the morning or four in the afternoon. The valet service was superior. I had to ask five times where the ice machine was and finally called and she told me to go get it myself on the second or third floor. That was ridiculous. I would not come back. The prices are over the top and you’re not getting the value for the price. If you want the experience that’s fine but I’m not spending $5000 for four days for an experience where everything is priced four times what it should be.
