I had clearly searched for a hotel near Miami airport, little did I know that this was in Fort louderdale and quite far, with no shuttle coming to Miami airport.when one is unfamiliar with the cities in a foreign country and relies on the search engines to respond to what one is looking for...

There isn’t really anything around so you will have to order food or get from the food shack at the front which isn’t all bad. There are a LOT of mosquitoes so sitting outside isn’t advised.
