We only stayed one night pre-cruise, and this hotel mostly met our needs. Our check in was quick and friendly. I also really liked the cucumber citrus water available near the front desk. The breakfast had good variety and was plentiful. Our room was ok, however we could never get hot water in the sink or shower. When we inquired, we were told the faucets may be backward, but we tried each way several times to no avail. I ended up microwaving water to wash my face and took a cold shower. I would probably choose a different hotel next time.

The hotel was clean and well kept and the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice. The check in lady working on the night of our arrival was not overly friendly- she gave me the impression that she couldn't care less. The shuttle took over an hour to come once we called for it which didn't make sense given that the drive to the hotel took less than 20 minutes.
