Terrible property. Ac was not working. The motel looked like a sex trafficking site. We left and was denied a refund!

Hell Ms Debbie,We understand your concern w.r.t to the AC - the AC was working fine, it takes a few minutes for the room to cool after the AC was turned on. Since the concern wasn't legitimate and the reservation being prepaid, refund was denied. Also, we take human trafficking very seriously and our staff here are very hands on, so there is no way any such activities would ever happen at our property. Thank you.

Needs an Update

The room smelled musty, linens smelled bad and had stains all over, the sheet had a big whole, towels were not clean.
