Perfect location, excellent service, and close to the beach and boardwalk. Casino on sight. Tons of stores and restaurants around.

The swimming pool and haman are very old, mold in the showers. Staff wasnt always friendly. Rooms are nice

This is a beautiful Normandy-style historical property located across from the Deauville beach and close to the center of town. The reason we picked that property over similar ones was the Diane spa. We were however very disappointed by the indoor pool that was much smaller than it appeared to be on the hotel website and in dire need of renovation. The wall showers outside the hammam and sauna were broken, and only half the private showers were working properly; many of the lockers were also not working. But the two massages we booked were great and the staff at the spa was very nice.

All good, except water pressure is so poor. It makes very difficult to take a shower.
