The property and rooms were dirty, the plumbing did not work well, noisy. The closet door would not open or close. The only good thing was the gal at the front desk was friendly when we checked in. We will not stay here ever again.

There was black MOLD on the shower curtain in the bathroom and it smelled strongly of old cigarette smoke, maybe because our room was the last down the hall by the exit door or maybe because the scent wasn’t taken care of, I’m not sure. The staff was nice and attentive upon arrival, no complaints there. Around back there was trash littered everywhere by the trash area. I didn’t dare showering, due to the black mold and I would like a refund if possible. Thank you.

Everything was great. Staff was great. Pool was pretty cloudy and a little cold.

Front desk clerk not attentive upon arrival. He was actually on the phone with another guest via an earbud while checking us in. He was mumbling and we thought he was talking to us but he didn’t respond when we said “pardon?” He was rude to the person on the phone. Room was adequate but definitely not nice. Breakfast area was dirty with a sticky floor and tables. Someone spilled coffee all over a chair and floor and it took quite a while before they cleaned it up. Coffee cups are like shot glasses. Would not stay again.
