A good stay. Bed was comfy. nice helpful staff.
There was a couple of maybe grease stains on our sheets. But overall decent.

After a 6 hour road trip with our two cousin 12-year old grandsons, we arrived at the DeSmet motel. We were upgraded to a room with two beds and TVs separated by lavatory and twin sinks. Perfect!! The following morning, the complimentary hot buffet fortified us for a day’s exhibition of frontier skills at Laura Ingalls Wilder’s homestead and museum.

Most light bulbs burnt out toilet seat broken over all maintenance of building was bad

Didn’t get the deal or reservation that I had booked over charged me by 60 dollars a night for every night

We arrived around 10:30 pm. We called ahead to make sure someone would be there as it’s a small town. TV didn’t work, we had to move the dresser to plug it in. Not a big deal. Went out for breakfast, bananas were brown and their gravy was burning in the crockpot. For $100 /night I guess I expected a little better.
