Difficult to say as the area i needed to be was not near this hotel ,my fault i booked the wrong Hotel!

The hotel is far away from everything. If you stay here then you have to eat all meals here. Taxi 35-40 euro each trip to the city Center. At the end it costed me a lot more than the nicer hotel in the Center.
Our heater was broken and we suffered a freezing cold night that made us all having a cold the next day.
They changed us to another room after we complained as 4 nights without heat would be impossible, but we think that the manager should offer a drink or something to make a nice gesture .
A part from that the staff were nice though.

Ideal for visiting University. Nice restaurant and bar. Good for public transport to centre of Utrect.

Beautiful and quiet location, far away from Utrecht city; courteous staff (except for the restaurant staff who were somewhat snooty), good clean rooms.
