Very convenient location. Right outside MRT station. Hotel also has shuttle bus service but if hours are not convenient, it is faster to take MRT subway.

It is close to the AirPort a shuttle, metro, HSR etc… even you can walk to there

The staff were rude and lack of empathy and intercultural competence. They even bad-mouthed me in Chinese while I was steps away, assuming that I didn't understand Chinese well.
