There was black mold on the ceiling is the main reason i only give it 2 stars

The staff was nice and I had no issues checking in or checking out. when I needed more time to get my belongings out of the room before check out they were very sweet about it!

Ocean right across the street was nice. Hotel cleanliness and upkeep was very very poor.

I was given an updated room, with clean sheets on bed, working microwave, working a/c, working fridge - all clean, zero smoke smell. The bathroom towels did have a hair on them that did not belong to me, but I did not utilize the shower during my stay. Housekeeping was polite and came to ask if I needed anything, but I did not. Check-in was seamless and the woman was really kind. I did have a visitor with many legs the first night, but a little spray took care of that, and I saw no more critters the rest of my stay. My room did not have carpeting or any burnholes, and I witnessed no illegal activity. It was quiet, with the exception of the traffic on the busy street. I would stay here again. :)

I made a mistake and booked one day after my arrival, however when I got there the front desk person was very nice and work with me to work with the website to change my booking because normally you can’t change same day. That in itself was awesome. The hotel room was what I was looking for in walking distance from everything I did not expect it to have a refrigerator or microwave but it did so that was a plus. I will definitely stay again when I go back to the beach.

Staff was rude. Room was trash. Bathroom door didn't even have a knob. Mini fridge was rusted. Bathroom light fixture was rusted. Air conditioner didn't work. Bedding had burn marks in it. You could feel the wind from outside blowing thru the door into the room.
