This was a great property. Everything was clean. The front desk man I didn’t get his name was nice and had great customer service. I loved my stay I would stay again.

We arrived at the hotel at 3 pm and was told our room was not ready. The receptionist stated the room will be ready by 3:30. I asked if I could check in and wait and he said no. I was asked if I could received a refund and he said no because we booked through a third party. I showed him where I booked all 5 rooms in March and the guaranteed check in time of 3:00. He said nothing and returned to playing on his cell phone while I stood there upset about the rooms not being ready. When Ismael arrived for his shift, he was accommodating and helped tremendously by easing my anxiety. I told him about the ordeal and he noted my concerns. The only reason why I didn’t call corporate was because of the care Ismael had with my concern.

Our room was amazing, spacious, clean and pool had to our selves most of the time. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

The hotel is really nice, clean, and the rooms are spacious. However, there isn't enough parking at night. It's best to park your car before 11:00 PM; otherwise, you might not find a spot.

I didn’t like that I was put in a handicap room and then ended up falling out of the shower . Then asked to move to another room and then got moved to another room and water was cold. Then moved to another room and the guy at the front was not at the front so had to wait 20 minutes till he noticed we were there. Once he came out he gave us another room and then someone was blasting their gospel music very loud and then had to knock on the door to handle it.
