Went into the room and there was a horrible rotten food smell! AC was blasting freezing cold and windows fogged. Searched for source of smell and there was a whole cooked chicken in the microwave and flies all around flying out of the microwave when opened. Bathroom missing a doorknob and a leak from the ceiling. Assigned a new room and the tub had a constant drip that would splatter outside the tub causing a puddle in the floor! There was trash in the stair well areas and garbage can overflowing. It was overall a nasty place to stay. The night front desk person didn’t seem to care. Never again!!!

I had to immediately ask for a refund and left the property. Upon going to my room, the door was open as if someone was already in there. It was trash and garbage everywhere around the property. Food on the floor under the table in the dining room possibly from breakfast time. The manager stated that he put in for me to get a refund. I felt like I was going to get crabs or bed bugs. It was horrible. I couldn’t stay there and I don’t recommend it.

When I got into the parking lot it was very dirty there was trash everywhere I was under the impression that some kind of storm had came through and made the trash everywhere but the covers on the lights were all off inside my room by the glass door there was dog due The whole property inside while I was in my room I had people shouting dogs barking I've never had this experience before. There was roaches the toilet would not flush it was just a very very bad experience I've never had one like this before it was more like a motel that provided for prostitutes.

This time around the experience was so much better. The hotel is under construction in some places which is great. And the new parking policy is fantastic. The front desk was very helpful and didn't want us to check out. So thoughtful and nice

It was right off i-95 close to the racetrack and close enough to the beach
