The cleanliness and friendly service were up to expectation. The pancake machine was broken, and the pool closed earlier than expected, which were two bummers.

The hotel was very clean and the room was terrific, spared no expense with the little extras. Rate was excellent will stay again.

None of the plugs around the bed were working. Had to move the bed away from the wall and plug in. Behind the bed were piles of dust balls. The room overall had a musky, dirty water smell. Just not worth anywhere near what I paid for the room.

The breakfast bar was very inefficient and not great selection. The toaster is in a weird location and several pieces of equipment weren't working.
They are currently doing a renovation, so some of the obvious problems--like the elevator button being held on by tape, will probably be fixed.
There were no towels in our room when we checked in, so we asked a maid in the hallway. The next day, our towels were taken and only two were left for our family, so we had to ask again for more.
