I did not like that my room was not serviced in the mornings for a couple of days; I missed the sign that said so. Once I asked, they took care of it right away. The hotel staff is fantastic.

Everything was perfect! Truly felt taken care of and truly appreciated! All staff were sooooo wonderful and caring! And went above and beyond! Best experience!

Check-in with staff was excellent. Rooms were nice. Pillows need a significant upgrade.

For the price that was paid, it was not worth it. AC/Heater had loud rattle. Refrigerator made a lot of noise. A number of TV stations would not come in and confusing to navigate. Shower was cold even though water at tub level was hot. Service at Bistro was slow.
