Staff is excellent. HVAC system allows room to be damp. System does not have a bathroom vent allowing moisture to accumulate while the cooling system only runs while room is occupied. The trapped moisture is captured by carpeting, bedding and clothing. This is a solvable problem.

Hello Dave, Thank you for your comments and compliments on the staff. I am not sure which room you occupied but all of our rooms have bathroom air flow. They are not typical individual fan motors as in years past but instead, a roof mount air handler that pulls air quietly through the guest bathrooms. I would be interested to know if you were in a suite, these do have a different type of air conditioner system. Thank you again for taking time to share feedback on your visit.

This hotel was just great. However here and in Albany ga we thought we were getting a handicap with walk in shower and suite. But it wa only a king with walk in shower and our 2nd room was the king suite/ a little disappointing

The shower in the room was phenomenal, hardest water pressure I've ever felt in a hotel, bravo!
The breakfast bar was really setup nicely, just wished you would have had bacon along with the sausage Links and patties.
The room was spacious and very comfortable. The only issue we noticed was in the hallways it was VERY warm, the temperature was not the same as in the lobby area or the rooms. Making that consistent throughout the facility would be my only request. Other than that, great stay!

Our temperatures this time of year are difficult to keep up with, 3o degrees one day and 80 the next but I have requested Maintenance to keep a close eye on hallway comfort.
