Nice location. The lockbox was very old and hard to open with my freshly done nails. It took about 25 mins to open. No internet or cable. The cabin was very dated. A hotel would have been a better and cheaper option but the experience was nice.

Right down the street from Turner Falls. Great option if you do not want to stay in the park.

First I was told if I pay extra I could check in early prior to my reservation so I get there 3 hrs early and call on my day and I'm told no I can't cause the need to clean it first so I basically waited no one came at all than there's no utensils or anything at all to cook with the sheets on the bed are the wrong size so the never stayed on there's no WiFi basically it was a tent with electricity

Spiders and spiderwebs all inside the cabin there were mouse droppings all over the beds both of them stuff splattered on the wall. The couch had multiple cigarette burns and was nasty. We did not stay in the cabin into the closest town and got a hotel room that place was absolutely disgusting.

You get what you pay for… half of the lights didn’t work, the recliners didn’t recline, they said the tv wasn’t working because of satellite but the truth is the message on screen was that the bill hadn’t been paid. This also impacted internet so we could only stream with my hot spot. There was no soap, no dishes or glasses for drinking. Very basic and they had a bag on the mattress so it crinkled all night.

The property is in real need of maintenance. They seem to do the bare minimum, yet continue to rent them out. -Loose boards on deck. -Bathroom door handle fell off. -Screen doors in bad shape. -TV set up doesnt work right. - Couch was too gross to sit on without covering it. -Broken chairs at the table. -Broken lamp And the list goes on. I wouldnt stay at these cabins again or recommend them to anyone else. Also, when we hadnt received the code to get in by check in time, I called and the lady that answered was not helpful and was rude.
