I hated that I had to book online the most expensive room in order to be able to purchase the absurdly expensive breakfast. I just needed a simple room and a bite to eat. Next time, I'll stay somewhere else.

The Property is old, so don't except top notch bathrooms, Front desk was nice, but missed my reservation. Dinning is bland, nothing to turn me on, but the breakfast buffet (included or not is top notch, I was impressed. Would I choose this property again next time I go to Davao ? Most likely NOT !!

Beautiful resort the only priblem is the swimming pool is not good for swimming. Looks like cleanlinress ..wster filtration not maintained .
There wete sand and moss at the bottom of the pool. We came on vacation hoping we can swim.
Overall vacation was good for relaxaion
