The Park Inn by Radisson is a very modern hotel attached to a mall which makes dining, shopping, and currency exchange conveniently available. Hotel staff are very friendly, attentive, and always eager to assist. The rooms and all public areas are very clean. Swimming, gym and parking are available. I highly recommend this hotel. This will be my “go to” hotel next time I’m in Davao.

information staffs don’t smile at all, the service is poor, television wasn’t working until the next day. the pool water and showers are so cold. If you order something you have to wait for a long time before you can have it. The aircon is so loud we had hard time sleeping and I think it’s dusty because my housedust allergy was triggered.

Hotel is extremely nice with a very pleasant ambience. However, their bath amenities were not refilled as we run out of shower gel, liquid hand soap were almost empty and only 2 towels were provided even though the number of guests were confirmed prior to arrival. They also mentioned that only 3 guests are allowed in the room which is a contradicting information as expedia clearly says that, "sleeps 4" which adds stress during our check in process. They didn't even mention that I got a food and beverage credit not until I ask them to confirm it on their side. If I didn't check thoroughly my reservation in expedia, I might have lose those credits. Also, the bedside telephone in the room is also not working. I even have to go downstairs to ask them about placing room service order or any other way to contact them. They advised me to use the telephone in the bathroom which is not ideal since I have to wait for someone to finish using the bathroom before I can even call room service. Lastly, when we placed orders in room service for breakfast there are some items missing. We only asked for extra plate, spoon and fork but those items didn't arrive. Much worse, the black tea that comes with Filipino breakfast is also missing. We called 3 times to follow up for those orders, but to no avail. The reason I gave them 3 stars is only because of the location, room condition and for being a beautiful hotel.

Sound proofing inadequate. TV of adjacent room sound was on from 11:00 pm to 2:30 am. Room service for porter didn’t show up Food is terrible- bad preparation and too salty that the chef apologized. Front desk was too slow and keeps making error with the bill.

property was a little bit outdated, no smart tv, a challenge if you are travelling with toddler when youtube is life, there is also a bad smell from the toilet no exhaust, the plus point for this hotel is the buffet breakfast. lots of choices and staff on the restaurant was very attentive
