Property is new or recently up-dated with new linens, towels & TV, but no refrigerator. The hotel is still undergoing repainting and retouching and still smells paint all over the rooms, hallways and lobby. Nice building but located in a below par area. Staff are very helpful and courteous.

Rooms were new and beds were comfortable. Hot water in shower wasn’t constant. Water would change temperature during a shower. We had regular issues with entering our room. The pass wouldn’t work. Parking was terrible.

New property., feels and smells new, new fittings. I was very comfortable with the bed, sheets and new towels. Breakfast is ok but not great if you are a vegetarian. There’s a no buffet and they have a set menu. While the restaurant staff are very pleasant and accommodating, they just don’t have what’s needed. For the two days I was there, they didn’t have any kind of juice, for example, even though juice is listed on the breakfast menu. Other than that, the hotel itself is good.

the location is hard to find even with use of GPS the hotel sign is very small took us i hour to find property in booking it should specify it’s on the Bric Building hotel is on the side
