The staff is friendly. The place is clean and modern located in very convenient place, very close to main station.
It’s in downtown and room with window is next to Main Street. Lots of bikes day and night. But generally it’s ok to sleep with closed window.

very close to the metro station, food and souvenirs .the staff was very friendly and polite

Amazing, welcoming and very attentive staff from the moment you walk in. It was a very nice and clean hotel to come back to after a long day of touring around the city. Very centrally located and convenient. That said, it can be slightly noisy which may depend on where the room is as the hotel is located on a busy street. I still slept fine. Recommend for any travelers that like the convenience.

Property is very conveniently located (under 10 minutes walk to Taipei main station); room is clean and comfortable; there’s also free laundry onsite; most importantly is the friendly staff — especially Sam, he went beyond his duties on helping us, providing information, and explaining each option, making sure we have the essential information before we heading out. Thanks Sam !! Me and my husband really appreciate your excellent services!
